Position Summary The Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute at Columbia University brings together researchers from different scientific disciplines to transform our understanding of the mind and brain. In this highly interactive research environment, laboratories work together to gain critical insights into human health by exploring how the brain develops, performs, endures, and recovers. The Zuckerman Institute is housed in the Jerome L. Greene Science Center, an architectural masterpiece on Columbia University's new Manhattanville campus. The Zuckerman Institute at Columbia University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Research Staff Assistant working in our ICM Vivarium Facility located in the Jerome L. Green Science Center. The Research Staff Assistant will report to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for providing husbandry support to the Institute. The ICM / Vivarium Facility is a 7 day a week operation. Applicants must have weekend and evening availability. The Animal Husbandry is an essential personnel role. Responsibilities
