Veterinary Technician 2
The veterinary technician is a member of the Division of Animal Resources (DAR) Veterinary Services team and provides direct support to the veterinarians, principal investigators, and research staff in animal health, training, and technical services.  DAR Veterinary Technician will participate on a rotating on-call schedule including after hours, weekends and holidays to respond to animal health emergencies. The employee is collaboratively  responsible for daily assessment of the health and well-being of all species under the care of the DAR. Interface with veterinarians to determine, implement and document follow-up treatment or actions.
