Laboratory Animal Medicine Resident
The Animal Care Program at the University of California San Diego (UC San Diego) in La Jolla, California is now accepting applications for a new Laboratory Animal Medicine Resident position, to start July 1, 2022. The training program is ACLAM approved. Our training program is a three year commitment, with two years devoted to all things clinical/diagnostic, administrative/management and regulatory. The third year is largely devoted to work in one of the UC San Diego research laboratories, under the mentorship of an established UC San Diego investigator, with some continuing lab animal medicine related duties and expected didactic participation as well.
