Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, Husbandry/Operations (AD, HT/OPS), Operations Manager, Animal Care Coordinator, Husbandry Supervisor and/or Animal Laboratory Technician III (Lead Technician), the incumbent is responsible for performing technical, specialized and aseptic procedures in support of the Cedars-Sinai transgenic rodent research models of human disease in the Davis and AHSP facilities.  The incumbent performs Husbandry, housing and care of rodents in Micro Isolator units within Individual Ventilated Cage Rack HEPA systems via Animal Transfer Stations or Biological Safety Cabinets within Biocontainment and Bioexclusion parameters under strict environmental controls.  This will include maintaining hazar
