Clinical Veterinarian
The Clinical Veterinarian- CLIN AST PROF will provide preventive and clinical veterinary care to all laboratory animal species, with an emphasis on rodents at all UF animal facilities. These include facilities located in the Health Science Centers, IFAS (agriculture) and CLAS (Psychology and Zoology) on our main campus in Gainesville and other off-campus sites.  In addition, the Clinical Veterinarian is expected to contribute to developing policies and procedures pertaining to the program, participating in IACUC and regulatory inspections, reviewing IACUC protocols, serving as a member of the IACUC, and providing advice and consultation on federal, state and local rules and regulations pertaining to animal use. This is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position reporting to the Asso
