Research Area Specialist Inter/Assoc
We are looking for a Research Technician to act as the manager for our Functional Assessment Core. The Functional Assessment Core (FAC) oversees equipment for the study of rodent visual function and morphology as part of an ongoing Vision Research Center. Located in the Kellogg Eye Center, Brehm Tower of the University of Michigan, we are looking for a highly motivated individual able to work independently to manage an optical coherence tomography, electro-retinogram, pupillometer and other devices used for assessing visual function in rodents.The responsibilities include: perform visual function tests in laboratory animals (mice and rats); provide training on use of equipment for visual functional and morphological analysis; collect and analyze data; manage the Core calend
