Program Manager, Researcher Technical Training
GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEW STATEMENT The CCM Researcher Technical Training Program Manager, is an individual with laboratory animal use and technical training experience that can assist CCM senior leadership with the creation, implementation and documentation of a hands-on researcher-focused technical training program that results in proficiency of mandated hands-on technical skills. Along with managing the initial program, this individual will participate in the identification, creation and implementation of additional and/or refined methodology of technical procedures for the MGH research community. This researcher technical training program will incorporate rodent and non-rodent species, but will focus more heavily on the rodent procedures and program training needs.
