Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Veterinary Resident for the Office for Research and Rutgers University Animal Care (RUAC). As part of Office for Research and RUAC, this position will provide clinical veterinary care and oversight to a wide variety of animal species (Rodents, Aquatic species, Rabbits, Pigs, Dogs, NHP, Woodchucks, Gerbils, Hamsters, Guinea pigs, and Farm animal species) owned by the University and used in teaching and research. The Veterinary Resident works under the direct supervision of the Director of Veterinary Services, and all other veterinarian mentors/faculty in the Residency Training Program in Laboratory Animal Medicine.
