Job Summary: The Scientist position will work with the Principal Investigator and will be responsible for developing new methodologies and methods of analysis in Dr. Doug McNeel's lab.The goal of this research is to develop the immune based treatments for cancer using cancer vaccines through experimental methods, including development of new methods and new methods of analysis, in murine animal models, and analysis, in murine animal models, and analysis of specimens from human clinical trials. The candidate will use prostate-tumor bearing mice to evaluate the ability of antigen-specific T cells, isolated and expanded from peripheral tissues, to be used to treat these tumors.
