Responsibilities Provides project planning, documentation and administrative support to assigned or designated project teams. Develops, updates and communicates project timelines, milestones and tasks. Assists with development and tracking of project budget. Documents software support and process issues. Communicates project needs and issue priorities to vendor or development team. Escalates issues to appropriate management, vendor or development team. Supports workflow analysis, requirement gathering and documentation activities. May assist with testing of software and documentation of findings. May manage a component of a project within approved scope, schedule, resources and quality baseline with oversight by project manager(s) or departmental leadership. Performs additional job-related functions as detailed by immediate supervisor.
Essential Duties:
Together with the SOP Committee, coordinate and drive the transition of SOPs from the existing SharePoint Work Instructions website to a document management system in FileMaker.
Develop, write, and update SOPs, guidelines and program documents based upon existing content, if available, and input from subject matter experts.
Work closely with manager, supervisors and veterinarians to select subject matter experts.
Route final drafted documents through the approval workflow process.
Identify and triage SOPs to be developed or revised.
Work closely with the Administrative Assistant assigned to SOP workflow support.
Other duties related to document creation and management as assigned.
