We are seeking an Animal OR Manager who will ensure that the Johns Hopkins facilities and personnel are compliant with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and the standards set forth in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, Public Health Service Policy, and AAALAC International. Research Animal Resources maintains multiple operating rooms and supports a wide array of animal research projects and species, including but not limited to pigs, nonhuman primates, sheep, rabbits, dogs, and cats. The Animal OR Manager has two primary responsibilities. First is to manage the scheduling and daily operations of the operating rooms overseen and staffed by Research Animal Resources.
