Summary of Position:Responsible for assisting in the training of new laboratory member and coordinating the successful operation of the mouse core. Conducting a variety of techniques in animal experimentation and molecular biology. Contribute to mouse colony organization and maintenance, using our laboratoryâ™s mouse cloud database to create specimen labels, archiving biological samples, supply ordering, molecular biology techniques including immunoblotting and qRT-PCR, animal necropsies, tissue preservation, shipment of biological samples and recording healthspan data in the database.
