The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will participate in research programs of the college and is intended to be a maximum of a 3 year appointment (2-3 years is typical) renewed on an annual basis. It is required that the individual develops or participates in a research program that leads to publications and grants for external funding and supports the mission of the college.
