Summary of Position:This individual will be responsible for learning and conducting a variety of techniques in animal experimentation and molecular biology. Under supervision, the individual will participate in mouse colony organization and maintenance, using our laboratoryâ™s mouse cloud database to create specimen labels, archiving biological samples, supply ordering, molecular biology techniques including immunoblotting and qRT-PCR, animal necropsies, tissue preservation, shipment of biological samples and recording healthspan data in the database.
