We aspire to deliver safe and effective human transplantable cells, tissue and organs utilizing the latest advancements in genome editing.  The Clinical Veterinarian reports to the Research Veterinarian and maintains clinical oversight of the medical grade neonatal piglet population for production site. Additionally, this individual will manage personnel within the veterinary and neonatal teams.  The Veterinarian will implement adventitious agent surveillance programs, provide clinical and regulatory support for GMP donor production, and some surgical support for donor production programs. This individual also serves as the attending veterinarian on the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.  Manage teams of neonatal care staff and veterinary technician staff.
