The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. (RFMH) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Facility Animal Care Manager in the Department of Comparative Medicine (DCM) of the New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI) reporting to DCM Director/NYSPI Attending Veterinarian. DCM is responsible for the health and welfare of all laboratory animals studied at NYSPI. DCM provides animal husbandry, veterinary medical and surgical care, and services to NYSPI’s laboratory animals, as well as training to investigators and their research staff.
