We are seeking a Research Specialist. The successful candidate will be expected to be proficient in a large repertoire of research techniques that will allow them to work in both an independent manner as well as part of a collaborative team within the laboratory. Under the general supervision of a faculty investigator and other laboratory members, the successful candidate will be responsible for: electrophysiological and imaging behavioral experiments, viral manipulation, surgical implantation of electrodes and imaging devices, histological analysis, data visualization and quantification, computational modeling, tissue harvesting, and maintaining mouse lines.Work requires the basic use of scientific methods and procedures and techniques g
