A Postdoctoral research position is available to conduct experiments on quantitative behaviors in laboratory animals using long duration video and audio recordings. The duties include: colony maintenance, behavioral training, quantitative analysis of video and audio data, hardware-software integration, advanced computational approaches that involved novel machine learning procedures, and generating figures and text for publication. The candidate will develop and implement new approved procedures, or modify existing protocols and procedures. The position also calls for collaboration with two additional research labs.
