Job Description OverviewThe University Laboratory Animal Resources (ULAR), under the auspices of the Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge (ERIK), supports the mission of providing humane animal care and facilitating biomedical research discoveries within the Colleges of Medicine, Public Health, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, and Social and Behavioral Sciences.ULAR is seeking to hire a Animal Care Technician to work with the area Team Leader and Zone/Building Coordinator to provide daily care of laboratory animals. This includes feeding, watering, housing and sanitizing enclosures of animals as required by standard operating procedures for species. Other duties include observing and reporting health conditions and mai
