Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Manages reagent preparation for the human pancreatic islet isolation.Actively participates in human islet isolation process.Prepares supplies in the cGMP (current Good Manufacture Practice) facility and routinely checks inventory.Performs quality control and release criteria tests of final islet product in compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), lab policies, and applicable regulations.Assists in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting along with general maintenance of laboratory and office space.Perform materials preparation, washing, and sterilization.Assists in drafting and implementing improvements of SOPs
