1. Develop training materials for and manage the conduct of all IACUC-mandated species-specific hands-on training labs for ~2300 Yale faculty, students, and researcher staff. 2. Provide expert instruction to researchers in specialized techniques, including anesthesia, aseptic technique, intubation, and other surgery-related procedure monitoring. 3. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with research faculty and other research staff, as well as with Yale Animal Resources, Veterinary Clinical Services, Employee Health, Environmental Health and Safety, the Yale Library, and training department at other universities. 4. Provides strategic guidance and operational support for the effective delivery of animal research-related training and collaborates with other University offices to ensur
