Veterinary Technologist
Job DescriptionBrandeis University seeks to hire a Veterinary Technologist/Working Supervisor who will be responsible for monitoring health and providing clinical care to laboratory animals in compliance with local regulatory requirements. This individual will also provide daily record keeping of common laboratory species, their environments, and provide basic technical assistance to the Attending Veterinarian and Director. The position also serves as a back-up to the Director when the Director is absent. Some husbandry work may be required when necessary. Other more specialized functions, depending on interest and aptitude, may be assigned in the areas of technical and research services.Examples of Key Responsibilities:
