Position Summary Assists in the Feeding, watering, cleaning and handling of experimental animals in the Vivarium of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. This position assists in preparing and mixing feed, potables and special diets for animals; uses power sprayers, steam cleaners and other equipment to clean and maintain building and equipment; maintains accurate records and observes animals for signs of illness and reports symptoms to supervisor; assembles and repairs cages and equipment within animal rooms.
